About the film
A township campaign film introducing Bandar Bukit Raja through everyday life: a family celebration, friends shopping, business activity, jogging and cycling. These experiences give “A Space to Grow” several meanings—personal growth, stronger communities and commercial opportunity.

The brief
Communicate Bandar Bukit Raja’s appeal as an integrated township, bringing homes, amenities, business infrastructure and green spaces together in a clear, people-centred story.

The problem it had to solve visually
Unify very different environments—domestic interiors, retail spaces, logistics facilities and outdoor recreation—within a short film. Each setting needed to communicate a distinct benefit while belonging to the same optimistic world.
Unify very different environments—domestic interiors, retail spaces, logistics facilities and outdoor recreation—within a short film. Each setting needed to communicate a distinct benefit while belonging to the same optimistic world.
The film connects these spaces through people, recurring “A Space…” headlines and direct-to-camera moments. Warm interiors, bright outdoor scenes and lively greens support its welcoming tone. Location labels ground the lifestyle imagery in specific amenities, while English and Malay subtitles carry the message across audiences.
For online editing and colour grading, the central challenge is visual consistency: balancing different lighting conditions, maintaining natural skin tones and keeping graphics readable across varied backgrounds.
The outcome
An accessible, upbeat campaign film that connects township features to recognisable human benefits: family togetherness, opportunity, wellbeing and belonging. The final Bandar Bukit Raja identity brings these experiences under one promise—“A Space to Grow.”
